The CBA urges the government to adequately fund the Federal Court, Federal Court of Appeal, Court Martial Appeal Court and Tax Court and safeguard judicial independence.
The CBA National office will be closed from December 23 to January 1 for the holidays and will resume normal operations on January 2.
