The Canadian Bar Association responds to the Immigration and Refugee Board's reply of Canada to suggested changes in use of Designated Representatives for children and vulnerable persons under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act.
The CBA National office will be closed from December 23 to January 1 for the holidays and will resume normal operations on January 2.
