Responding to the Canadian Judicial Council’s review of its judicial conduct process, the CBA offers 16 recommendations to achieve judicial accountability while protecting judicial independence.
The CBA National office will be closed from December 23 to January 1 for the holidays and will resume normal operations on January 2.
