WHEREAS in accordance with Article 57 of CBA By-Law No 1, National Sections can adopt their own By-Law, tailored to meet the Section's particular needs;
WHEREAS the National International Law Section wishes to increase the number of Members-at-Large on its Executive Committee and to change the election process for its Executive Committee;
BE IT RESOLVED THAT Annex 1 be adopted as the By-Law of the Section on International Law.
