National Sections Representation on Communications Committee

WHEREAS the Board of Directors has identified technology and communications as priorities for the Canadian Bar Association;

WHEREAS informal participation of a representative of National Sections Council on the Communications Committee has benefited the Association in the development of policy and implementation of new initiatives related to communications;

BE IT RESOLVED THAT Article 8(2) of the Regulations of the Association be amended by adding: 

"(d)Membership of the Communications Committee shall include the Chair of the National Sections Council or the Chair's designate from the National Sections Council Executive."
