WHEREAS the Law Practice Management and Technology Section wishes to set dues for affiliates of the Section, in accordance with Article 4(f) of its Section By-Law;
BE IT RESOLVED THAT dues for affiliates of the Law Practice Management and Technology Section be set at an amount equivalent to the CBA national associate membership fee as determined for the relevant year by the CBA.
