The CBA Air and Space Law Section sent a submission on Regulatory Modernization for Air Transportation to the Canadian Transportation Agency (CTA). The submission was prepared in response to the CTA’s Discussion Paper on Modernizing Regulation for Air Transport.

CBA intervention on common interest privilege

The CBA intervened in Iggillis Holdings Inc. v Canada (National Revenue) at the Federal Court of Appeal in Edmonton. Mark Tonkovich, Jacques Bernier, and Stephanie Dewey of Baker McKenzie appeared for the CBA in this matter of common interest privilege.
