A new chapter on election financing has been added to the course book “Global Corruption: Law, Theory and Practice” which is available on the CBA website. The CBA’s Anti-Corruption Team sponsored and reviewed the first edition of the book written by Professor Gerry Ferguson at the University of Victoria.

Susan Ursel and co-counsel appeared before the Supreme Court in December on behalf of the CBA, which was intervening in the TWU case. Former CBA President Eugene Meehan, who was also in the room, asked her to write about her impressions of the day.
