The CBA National office will be closed from Friday, December 23 through Monday, January 2. We will reopen on Tuesday, January 3.

The CBA has written to the federal Minister of Justice to express its unqualified support for a plan to modernize the technology and create a fully electronic-based system for the Federal Court, Tax Court and Federal Court of Appeal.

As a follow-up to an appearance earlier this fall, CBA Immigration Law Section Chair Vance Langford, on behalf of the Section, provided language to replace the bad faith marriage section of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations.
