That’s the question asked by CBA.org’s new immigration hub, which takes all of the plain-language resources created by the CBA Immigration Law Section and brings them together in one spot.
The website is aimed at potential immigrants, but also serves as a resource for lawyers to offer to clients seeking to make a new home in this country.
Visitors to this website can find quick references, including Legal Health Checks; guides such as the Asylum-Seekers Toolkit and the guide to CETA mobility provisions; and videos addressing questions such as cross-border business and spousal sponsorship, which are available with closed-captioning in French, Spanish, Punjabi, Chinese and Tagalog.
