Travelling with children: What parents need to know

  • February 16, 2018

March Break is coming and many parents are taking advantage of vacation deals to pack up the kids and head south to the beaches, or to out-of-province ski hills.

But there’s more to travelling with children than just making sure each one has a valid passport. That’s why the CBA has developed a checklist for you to make available to your clients so they can avoid legal hurdles on their trips.

“Travelling with a child?” is one of three new Legal Health Checks developed as part of the Equal Justice initiative. Check out our website to see the full range of cards offering guidance on things like general legal matters, money issues, relationships, separation and divorce, that you can print and hand out to clients to help them stay informed of their rights and responsibilities.
