Budget 2018 – Tax changes

Budget 2018 had a number of items that seem to speak to core CBA issues such as access to justice and pay equity. Among them are amendments to the changes the government made last summer to small business taxation.

CBA comments on Bill C-49

The CBA’s Air and Space Law Section submitted comments to the Senate Committee on Transportation and Communications on the proposed increase to foreign ownership limits of air carriers in Bill C-49, Transportation Modernization Act.
