That sweet spot is the new cba.org.
Each business day, in the right-hand column under the heading In the Media, there is a legal news roundup, clippings collected first thing every morning by a consultant working for the CBA based on key words of interest to our members: for example, Supreme Court, CBA, legal system, access to justice, etc. The search is often tweaked to reflect what’s going on in the world and the issues in play at any given time.
Clicking on the home page link will take you to a page of headlines, where you can read further or not, depending on your time and interest.
