  • April 13, 2016

The CBA supports the parts of Bill C-4, An Act to amend the Canada Labour Code, the Parliamentary Employment and Staff Relations Act, the Public Service Labour Relations Act and the Income Tax Act, that repeal Bill C-377, which introduced strict requirements for labour organizations to report expenditures and salaries. The CBA reaffirms its privacy, constitutional and pensions law concerns with Bill C-377.
