The fall edition of the Canadian Competition Law Review is now available in print and online. Featuring a shiny new look, the latest volume focuses on bid-rigging, the latest developments in competition law, implications of the SCC’s Tervita decision on the efficiency defence, and more.

The Review is published twice a year by the Canadian Bar Association’s Competition Law Section.

The deadline to submit papers for the spring edition is fast approaching – Oct. 30, 2015. Submissions will only be accepted electronically.
