Children's legal rights survey: What do you need to know?

  • November 30, 2015

We need your input on a new child rights resource for lawyers. The CBA’s Children's Law Committee is developing an innovative toolkit to help Canadian lawyers better understand, identify and implement the rights of children in legal processes. It will address many areas of the law, including youth justice, family law, immigration law and more. This brief survey asks how relevant these issues are to your practice, and about your level of knowledge.

As a small thank you for your valued insight and time, you will receive 50 per cent off a CBA professional development seminar for answering this short survey.

Take the survey now.
