Saskatchewan Template Receivership Order
The Bankruptcy and Insolvency Section of the Canadian Bar Association is pleased to announce that on March 3, 2010, the Court of Queen’s Bench for Saskatchewan endorsed the Saskatchewan Template Receivership Order effective as of February 22, 2010 for use in the appointment of a national receiver pursuant to Section 243 (1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.
Saskatchewan Template CCAA Initial Order
The Bankruptcy and Insolvency Section of the Canadian Bar Association is pleased to announce that on March 3, 2010, the Court of Queen's Bench for Saskatchewan endorsed the Saskatchewan Template CCAA Order effective as of February 22, 2010 for use as an initial order in proceedings under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act.
