The Prince Edward Island Branch of the Canadian Bar Association (CBA-PEI) is the essential ally of members of the legal profession. CBA-PEI is the voice of and for the profession and its primary purpose is to serve its members.

By representing the legal profession with integrity, CBA-PEI builds public understanding and respect for the legal profession and the law. The Branch is committed to providing personal and professional development and support to the legal profession.

CBA-PEI is committed to enhancing the professional and commercial interests of a diverse membership in the public and private sectors, and to protecting the independence of the judiciary and the Bar.

The Branch promotes fair justice systems, including equal consideration, respect and access, as well as facilitating effective law reform for the benefit of all.
