In recognition of the International Transgender Day of Visibility, celebrated annually on March 31st, join us for this important discussion on pronoun use in the courtroom. Our experienced faculty will provide helpful insights on current issues such as whether using an individual’s chosen pronouns constitutes ‘compelled speech’, as well as share their own experiences in navigating legal careers as members of the 2SLGBTQI+ community.
