Squid pro quo is published to inform the Canadian Bar Association's membership on matters of interest to lawyers including health law, educational training, personal interest stories, trends and technological advances in the business and practice of law.

The magazine is distributed throughout Newfoundland and Labrador to all Canadian Bar Association’s members, which currently stands at over 395 members and climbing.
