he New Wesminster open house was held from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on April 19, 2007 at the New Westminster Law Courts. Law Day events in New Westminster were very successful, attracting a large crowd and offering a variety of activities for the public. The well-attended open house featured a court orientation and tour, Q&A sessions with a judge, crown counsel and a deputy sheriff, and a mock trial for Peter Pan who was charged with abducting the Darling children. The exhibition area was busy with tours of transport vehicles, conducted by sheriffs. Refreshments were served throughout the day to members of the public and school groups.
Special thanks to Glenn McArthur for organizing New Westminster Law Day events.
