Focusing on the effect criminal charges and convictions have on people coming into Canada, panelists will discuss both the effect of Canadian convictions and criminal dispositions, with a particular emphasis on U.S. dispositions and sentences. The panel will also examine the differences in the treatment of permanent residents and visitors to Canada, including the available review process for both. |
