2.4  Technology in Litigation:  Friend or Foe –Basics a Litigator Needs to Know

This seminar will examine the influence of technology on litigation today. The session will be hosted by Simon Potter a senior litigation counsel and Bob Macdonald, an experienced forensic accountant. Using case examples, this panel will illustrate how technology has changed the face of litigation, in particular "document" discovery. The session will also address what can go wrong if proper policies and protocols are not followed.
