OTTAWA – In light of Thursday’s Federal Court decision directing the government of Canada to request the return of Omar Khadr, Canadian Bar Association President Guy Joubert has written to both Prime Minister Stephen Harper and U.S. President Barack Obama urging them to help facilitate the repatriation of Mr. Khadr. The full text of the letter from Mr. Joubert to the Prime Minister and the President is available here.
CBA President Guy Joubert is available for media interviews.
