Court of Appeal for BC Special Sitting for The Hon Hugh Percival Legg -- March 18
A special sitting of the Court of Appeal for British Columbia will be held on March 18, 2010 at 4:30pm in Courtroom 60 at the Law Courts, 800 Smithe Street, Vancouver, to honour The Honourable Hugh Percival Legg, former justice of appeal who passed away February 27, 2010.

New Chief Judge of the Provincial Court of British Columbia Announced
The Honourable Judge Thomas (Tom) James Crabtree has been appointed as the new Chief Judge of the Provincial Court of British Columbia. His appointment will take effect April 8, 2010.

BC Society Act Review - Consultation
The Ministry of Finance is reviewing BC’s Society Act, the statute that provides rules for the registration and corporate governance of not-for-profit entities. Feedback deadline: April 1, 2010.
