What We Do
Concerned with laws which establish and regulate the rights and obligations of owner, mortgagee, landlord and tenant in the use and disposition of land and interests in land and which provide the facilities for the public recording of ownership of such interests in land and with laws which govern the rights and responsibilities of parties to commercial transactions and of directors, officers and shareholders of business corporations.
