Tables of Concordance
Check out the updated Succession Law Tables of Concordance, including the Cross-Jurisdictional Table. The tables are a convenient starting point for lawyers considering estate files complicated by interprovincial issues or performing services in neighbouring jurisdictions. They are also a handy tool for those seeking to reform and harmonize succession law in the provinces and territories.

- Do you have something to say? We encourage Section members to contribute to member articles (1,000 words or less) on current and relevant issues of interest. Member articles are now open access! This will build your profile and the article can easily be shared. Email us!
