Jonathan Lalande Bernatchez Named Winner of 2018 Real Property Law Student Essay Competition

Congratulations Jonathan! Jonathan Lalande Bernatchez of the University of Montreal is the winner of the 2018 CBA Real Property Law Student Essay Competition for his paper titled, Le contrôle des clauses abusives en matière de bail commercial au Québec (paper only available in French).

Jonathan Lalande Bernatchez is completing a Bachelor of Civil Law at the University of Montreal. His main interests include real property law, corporate law, and land use planning and development legislation. He is currently working as an analyst for the Notarial Library of the Chambre des notaires du Québec. He previously completed studies in political science.
