Winner of Law School Essay Competition

Congratulations Sebastian! Sebastian D. Beck-Watt of Osgoode Hall Law School at York University is the winner of the 2017 CBA National Intellectual Property Law School Essay Competition for his paper titled, Just Laugh It Off: Trademark Parody and the Expansion of User Rights.  Sebastian will be recognized for his work at the Judges' Dinner on May 11 in Ottawa.
