Mandate

The International Committee keeps the Section members informed about new laws, key cases, enforcement trends and policy developments of interest in other jurisdictions, as well as foreign bar associations and regulatory agency developments. The committee also coordinates the preparation of comments and analyses of policy initiatives and competition law developments in foreign countries with relevant committees.
