Our Committees

Members are encouraged to join and participate in the Section's 12 active committees. Enroll online through the CBA Listserv Enrolment webpage (CBA membership login required).

Committees prepare submissions to the Competition Bureau, the Minister of Industry and various parliamentary bodies on current issues in competition law. They also host educational presentations, propose programs for our annual spring and fall conferences, and liaise with relevant domestic and foreign organizations.

Our members also participate in roundtable meetings with senior officials from the Competition Bureau.
