Official Languages Act - Access to Justice in French and English

The CBA says the Official Languages Act should be modernized to reflect today's linguistic realities and it should include an enforceable section requiring the Justice Minister to ensure a completely bilingual Constitution for Canada.

Bill C-75 Criminal Code and Youth Criminal Justice Act amendments
