ERASSURE

Include a clause in every will authorizing the executor to purchase estate administration insurance at the estate's expense.  It eliminates one decision the executor needs to make, and ensures that the executor, beneficiaries and estate are protected, should problems arise during the administration process. Sample wording can be found at www.erassure.com.
