WHEREAS the Executive Officers play an integral role in approving statements on matters of policy and public interest on behalf of the Canadian Bar Association.
WHEREAS the CBA By-Law notes a role only for the President, First Vice-President and Treasurer in this regard;
BE IT RESOLVED THAT article 82(3)(b) of CBA By-Law No 1 be amended to insert "Second Vice-President" after "First Vice-President".
