2017 Resolutions

There will only be three resolutions at this year’s Annual Meeting – and we might not get to two of them. The top priority will be Resolution #1, the bylaw package.

CBA Council and the CBA Legal Conference used to be a days-long extravaganza of meetings and PD sessions and keynote speakers and entertainment. This year’s AGM is a no-nonsense 2 ½ hour business meeting that members can attend in person and virtually.

Class action task force consultation

Later this summer, the CBA’s National Task Force on Class Actions will be consulting the profession on a proposed case management protocol, including updates to the current notice protocol.
