Moving in the right direction on Designated Representatives

The CBA is in the midst of ongoing discussions with Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada regarding suggested changes in use of Designated Representatives (DR) for children and vulnerable persons under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act. The CBA says that the IRB is headed in the right direction to improve the protection of children and others with disabilities, who are unable to appreciate the nature of the proceedings.
