MBA Submission to Manitoba Standing Committee on Justice – May 27, 2008

The MBA requested an exemption for incidental lobbying activities for lawyers on Bill 37 – The Lobbyists Registration Act and amendments to The Elections Act, The Elections Finances Act, The Legislative Assembly Act and The Legislative Assembly Management Commission Act.
