How to Submit Documents

To submit documents for inclusion in the National Class Actions Database, please follow these two steps:

Step 1:

• Complete the Registration Form in its entirety (Microsoft Word format, for sending by e-mail)  

Step 2:

• E-mail the completed Registration Form with accompanying scanned documents (PDF format only, character recognition preferred) to the CBA.
