Glenn Wilkins and Loretta Wilkins v. Rogers Communications INC., Rogers Cable, Rogers Telecom and Rogers Media

All persons (including their estates, executors, or personal representatives) corporations and other entities who purchased digital cable/Rogers on Demand service from the Defendants; and All persons (including their estates, executors, or personal representatives) corporations and other entities who rented a digital cable box from Rogers; and All persons (including their estates, executors, or personal representatives) corporations and other entities who were under contract for the digital cable/Rogers on Demand service between June 2006 and September 2006; and All persons (including their estates, executors, or personal representatives corporations and other entities who experienced an interruption in their digital cable/Rogers on Demand service of approximately four months; and All persons (including their estates,  executors, or personal representatives) corporations and other entities who continued to pay the full monthly amount for their digital cable/Rogers on Demand service during the period in which they were not receiving this service; andAll persons (including their estates, executors, or personal representatives) corporations and other entities who were not notified of, offered or given compensation or credit from Rogers and/or Cable, Telecom, and Media for the aforementioned break in their digital cable/ Rogers on Demand service. The Plaintiff also makes this claim, on their own behalf and on behalf of all members of a Non-Resident subclass of persons, corporations, and entities not resident or situated in the Province of Ontario, however are resident or situated in another Canadian province or territory.
