All persons (including their estates, executors, or personal representatives), corporations, and other entities in Canada (except for the province of Quebec), who purchased recalled pet food manufactured, distributed or ultimately offered for sale and sold to the public by the Defendant, its affiliates, or retailers supplied with products by the Defendants.
