The Tax Court Bench and Bar Committee provides an opportunity for dialogue between the Court and the taxation bar in relation to procedures and practice before the Court.

The National Commodity Tax, Customs and Trade Section and National Taxation Law Section nominate the CBA members.  The National Sections Council considers and approves the CBA members. 

The Committee formally reports to the CBA and National Sections Council in June.  Minutes, once approved, are available on the CBA website.
