SECTION EXECUTIVE 2008 – 2010

The Section is pleased to welcome Jean-François Bilodeau as the new Secretary-Treasurer.

From September 1, 2008 to August 31, 2010, the National Maritime Law Section Officers are:

Chair: Simon Barker (Peterborough, ON)
Vice-Chair: Peter Swanson (Vancouver, BC)
Secretary-Treasurer: Jean-François Bilodeau (Montréal, QC)
Past Chair: Richard Southcott (Halifax, NS)

The Executive Committee also includes the British Columbia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland & Labrador Maritime Law Section Chairs, and five additional Executive Members to assist with the work of the Section.

Section members are encouraged to contact Holly Doerksen for more information on opportunities to get actively involved in the Section’s legislation and law reform work and/or other activities.
