CBA Skilled Lawyer Series
Bridging the Gap Between Theory and Practice

The CBA Skilled Lawyer Series offers online, skills based training to help you excel in the courtroom and the boardroom.

The Litigation Stream refines trial and tribunal lawyers’ core advocacy skills, including preparing clients for discovery and trial, primers on evidence and objections, and working with expert witnesses.

The Corporate Stream teaches business lawyers the skills they need to be a valued member of a deal team and promote client interests, including how to identify, evaluate and manage business risks, structure agreements, negotiate terms and draft documents.

If you’re looking for a meaningful, accredited, affordable, and convenient way to deliver on your learning objectives, while building the real world skill set you need to exceed the expectations of your clients, the CBA Skilled Lawyer Series is for you.
