Mandate
- To monitor current laws, international treaties and conventions as they pertain to, affect or interface with copyright in Canada.
- To meet regularly, by conference call or otherwise, and in particular at the CBA Annual Conference.
- To provide comment and advice to the Section Executive on copyright matters.
- To participate and assist in Continuing Legal Education projects.
