National Alternative Dispute Resolution Section

Join the National ADR Section Listserv

The CBA National Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Section has established a listserv for interested Section members. The Executive is excited about being able to share items of interest with members through a listserv, and about being able to provide a greater opportunity for Section members to communicate with the executive and with each other. We hope that you will participate and make this a valuable community resource.

Participants in the Listservs are expected to conduct themselves in a courteous, civil and respectful manner, consistent with the CBA Code of Professional Conduct. To ensure this level of professionalism is maintained, the attached Code of Conduct for CBA Discussion Groups and Listservs was developed.   View Code of Conduct

What is a listserv?
Listservs, sometimes called e-mail lists, give you the ability to interact with many people simultaneously.  You reach everyone on a listserv by sending an e-mail to a specific e-mail address.  The listserv software receives the message, and automatically sends it to everyone on the list.  In effect, this allows a group conversation via e-mail.

Action:  If you would like to be included on this listserv, please email to CBA Alternative Dispute Resolution Section.

Questions?
If you have questions, please feel free to call or e-mail the Section's Staff Liaison,  corinnar@cba.org
