Call for Submissions!

It is that time again to put together a newsletter for the ADR section.

Please consider providing a submission for the next edition of Possibilities. Articles can include recent groundbreaking cases that you are working on or interested in, articles on legislative developments in these areas, case summaries, book reviews, reports on ADR programs in your various jurisdictions, and articles on prominent practitioners and academics in the ADR area.

Here are a few main guidelines to keep in mind:

  • Articles should be between 300 and 1,000 words
  • Articles over 1,000 words must be accompanied by a summary or précis (100-300 words)
  • Articles can be submitted in French or English.

Please send your submissions to Moira Goodfellow or Rebecca Morse by Monday, March 1st, 2010. Certainly canvass your co-workers and colleagues and ask if any of them would be interested in making a submission to the newsletter as well.

Thank you very much for your participation in creating a must-read Newsletter for our Section.

Join the National Alternative Dispute Resolution Section Listserv

The National Alternative Dispute Resolution Section has a listserv which you are encouraged to join.

A listserv is a discussion group that comes to you through your e-mail! Listservs, or e-mail lists, allow you to interact with many people simultaneously and are a convenient way for members to share information, pass on client referrals, and to ask or answer questions.

Section members can join the listserv online at:  http://www.cba.org/CBA_listservsEnrolment/Enrolment.aspx

**  In order to join a listserv you must be a member of the relevant CBA Section. Please contact your Branch if you wish to join the National Alternative Dispute Resolution Section.**
