The Insurance Law Section brings together CBA members with an interest in all facets of insurance law. Our members include in-house counsel and private practitioners from all parts of the country. Our members deal with all classes of life, accident, and casualty insurance, as well as corporate governance, human rights, insolvency and administrative law issues for insurance industry stakeholders.

The Section presents a seminar at the CBA Annual Meeting, either in one of the conventional continuing legal education streams or as part of its business meeting.

We plan to develop this page into an on-line presence that we hope you, our members, will find useful in your practice. Your comments are welcome; please send them to Graham Nattress by email.
