The Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals (CAIRP) is holding two Lunch ‘n’ Learn Seminars on April 10th and 11th in Toronto and Ottawa respectively.

Nick E. Milanovic, Professor of Law at Carleton University, is conducting research on the impact of the continued legal force of the collective agreement during insolvency proceedings by the addition, in 2008, of section 65.12 to the BIA and section 33 to the CCAA.
