The Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals (CAIRP) is holding two Lunch ‘n’ Learn Seminars on April 10^th and 11^th in Toronto and Ottawa respectively.

Nick E. Milanovic, Professor of Law at Carleton University, is conducting research on the impact of the continued legal force of the collective agreement during insolvency proceedings by the addition, in 2008, of section 65.12 to the BIA and section 33 to the CCAA.

The International Association of Restructuring, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Professionals (INSOL International) invites you to renew your membership or, if you are not currently affiliated, join the INSOL family.
