The Judicial Compensation and Benefits Committee’s mandate is to advise on issues relating to compensation and benefits for judges and their families and to promote fair processes for determining judicial compensation, which is an essential element to maintain judicial independence.
This toolkit is for use by CBA national and branch committees to provide a consistent apporoach in dealing with federal, provincial and territorial judicial compensation commissions.
