The National Bankruptcy, Insolvency and Restructuring Section of the Canadian Bar Association is hosting the Fifth Annual Pan-Canadian Insolvency and Restructuring Conference, September 30 and October 1, at the legendary Chateau Laurier Hotel, Ottawa. Now an annual fixture on the insolvency calendar, this year's program is of special relevance to insolvency and restructuring practitioners, who are experiencing a period of historic restructuring challenges.
Join members of the judiciary and leading insolvency practitioners from across the country at this marquee event for a cross-country and cross border check-up. Current and future insolvency and restructuring issues will be discussed in the context of the continuing credit and economic crisis gripping the globe. Wednesday, September 30, kicks off with an evening reception sponsored by Ogilvy Renault LLP at the Rideau Club (Main Lounge). The formal program will take place all day on Thursday, October 1, wraping up with a closing reception at the Chateau Laurier sponsored by RSM Richter Inc.
